Our plans are service-based contracts, not insurance or warranty products.


2. Plan Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Before Service Activation

  • If a customer requests cancellation before any service request is raised and before plan activation, a refund may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

  • Any payment gateway charges, onboarding costs, or administrative fees may be deducted.


2.2 Cancellation After Service Activation

  • No refund will be provided once:

    • The plan is activated, or

    • Any service request is raised, or

    • Any inspection, diagnosis, or repair process has started.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Plan already activated

  • Any repair, inspection, or part replacement initiated

  • Device found ineligible due to incorrect information or pre-existing damage

  • IMEI mismatch, tampering, or misrepresentation

  • Customer refusal to submit device after raising service request

  • Plan termination due to fraud or policy violation

  • Co-payment amounts paid for repairs


3.2 Pro-Rata Refund (Limited Case)

A pro-rata refund may be offered only in the following situation:

  • Device model becomes obsolete

  • Required spare parts are permanently unavailable

  • The Company is unable to provide service

👉 Pro-rata refund will be calculated based on:

  • Remaining plan duration

  • Services already utilized

  • Administrative and processing costs

The Company’s decision on refund calculation shall be final and binding.


4. No Cash Settlement or Device Replacement

  • We do not provide cash settlements, device replacement, or monetary compensation.

  • All services are limited strictly to repair or part replacement, as per plan terms.


5. Payment Mode for Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Payment gateway delays are beyond the Company’s control.


6. Service Fees & Co-Payment

  • Any co-payment or service fee charged during repair is strictly non-refundable.

  • Diagnostic or inspection charges, if applicable, are also non-refundable.
