Availability of original brand parts depends on the device model and market supply.
4. How long does a repair take?

8. How soon must a water damage case be reported?
The device must be submitted within 48 hours of water or liquid exposure.
Late submission may lead to rejection.
9. What if the phone is completely dead due to water damage?
Diagnosis and repair will be attempted
If repair is not technically or economically feasible:
No replacement
No cash refund
