  • Under Full Protection or Water Damage plans, motherboard/IC replacement may be attempted but is not assured

Availability of original brand parts depends on the device model and market supply.

Repair time depends on:

  • Unlimited repairs are allowed

  • Subject to the maximum cumulative repair value of the plan

💧 Water Damage

The device must be submitted within 48 hours of water or liquid exposure.
Late submission may lead to rejection.

  • Diagnosis and repair will be attempted

  • If repair is not technically or economically feasible:

    • No replacement

    • No cash refund

💰 Refund & Cancellation

Generally, no refunds are provided once the plan is activated.

Refunds are considered only if:

  • Payment was made due to a technical error

  • The plan was not activated
