A. Post-Warranty Repair Support Plan – Terms

(Earlier: Extended Warranty)

✔️ Service Includes

  • Internal manufacturing defect repair

  • Internal hardware failure repair

  • Software malfunction caused by internal hardware faults

❌ Service Does NOT Include

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Screen or display damage

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Short circuits caused by water or physical impact

📌 Special Conditions

  • Service starts only after manufacturer warranty expires.

  • Multiple repairs allowed within the cumulative device value limit.

  • No cash settlement, device replacement, or monetary reimbursement will be provided.


B. Complete Mobile Repair Plan – Terms

(Earlier: Full Protection Plan)

✔️ Service Includes

  • Screen crack repair

  • Water / liquid damage repair

  • Motherboard / IC repair

  • Charging & power-related issues

  • Back panel damage repair

❌ Service Does NOT Include

  • Theft or loss

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Unauthorized or third-party repairs

  • Software issues not caused by physical or liquid damage

📌 Special Conditions

  • Multiple repairs allowed until the cumulative repair limit is reached.

  • Motherboard / IC issues are repair-only; replacement is not guaranteed.

  • No monetary reimbursement or cash compensation.


C. Screen Repair Service Plan – Terms

(Earlier: Screen Protection Plan)

✔️ Service Includes

  • Screen crack repair

  • Touch functionality issues

  • Display lines / dead pixels caused by impact

❌ Service Does NOT Include

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Motherboard or IC issues

  • Manufacturing defects

📌 Special Conditions

  • Only the display/screen module is serviced under this plan.

  • Multiple screen repairs allowed within the cumulative repair cost limit.


D. Water Damage Repair Service – Terms

(Earlier: Water Damage Protection)

✔️ Service Includes

(Only if damage is caused by water or liquid exposure)

  • Motherboard short due to water

  • IC damage due to water

  • Charging port failure

  • Battery failure caused by water

  • Device not powering on due to water damage

❌ Service Does NOT Include

  • Screen damage without liquid exposure

  • Physical drop or impact damage

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Software corruption or data loss

📌 Special Conditions

  • Device must be submitted within 48 hours of water exposure.

  • Repairs are provided on a best-effort basis; expensive part replacement is not guaranteed.

  • Multiple water-damage repairs allowed within the cumulative repair limit.
